Bratz No More!

No, I'm not talking about my kids. I'm sure they will have many, many more brat moments before they grow up.

I'm talking about this:

The end of these awful dolls are in sight! Woo Hoo!

I've never cared for these dolls - I mean just look at them! These are dolls that are aimed at children, ages 4-10! Why in the world would any child need a doll that is slathered in make-up, puckered lips and sexy clothing. And better yet, what parent would even buy this doll for their child!

I could summarize the whole story but you might as well read all about it here if you haven't seen the story already.

I'm just glad to see them go!

Um... you said, "Why in the world would any child need a doll that is slathered in make-up, puckered lips and sexy clothing. And better yet, what parent would even buy this doll for their child!"

You're getting old kiddo! I still love ya though.

I don't know, TM. I'm with Amy (although, she's already made it clear that I'm OLD!). Those dolls have always freaked me out. I think they're weird and creepy.

They ARE weird, creepy, and way too slutted-out for little kids. I just think it's cute sometimes when Amy acts all parental.

You're a great Mom, Amy. But to Dad and I you are still one of the kids. You, too, Shannon.

I despise these! Having a boy simplifies this though. Thank goodness they're gone!

OBSCENITY ALERT:

This Blog is my outlet. It's where I share my thoughts and feelings. It's a place where I can vent. Not everyone thinks alike. People don't always share the same religious or political views. Some people (like me!) occasionally think in more “colorful” terms than others. Sorry, but I'm a big girl and can use cuss words and talk about not-so-mainstream stuff if I want to. If you find that sort of language offensive / shocking / annoying, you may want to stop reading now. Life as a military wife ain't always pretty. It's my life, though, so don't say I didn't warn you.
